All deposits must originate from a payment instrument registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned, minus any applicable processing fees.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. bepch reserves the right to request full KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests submitted without completed KYC verification will be held pending verification.
Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets typically process within minutes during business hours. Bank account withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) typically complete within one (1) business day. bepch is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
In cases where a deposit bonus or promotional credit has been applied to your account, wagering requirements must be met before the relevant bonus funds or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. All bets placed on the bepch Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable betting rules displayed on the Platform. bepch reserves the right to void any wager placed in error, placed on a suspended market, or placed after the relevant event has commenced where in-play betting is not available for that market.
All odds displayed on bepch are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds applicable to your wager are those confirmed at the time your bet slip is accepted by the Platform. bepch reserves the right to suspend any market at any time — including during live events — without prior notice. Wagers already confirmed and accepted prior to a market suspension remain valid and will be settled according to the applicable rules.
Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body of the sport or event in question. For cricket, bepch uses results as declared by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), the International Cricket Council (ICC), or the relevant franchise body for PSL fixtures. In the event of a discrepancy, bepch's settlement decision is final, subject to formal dispute procedures outlined in Section 5.5.
A wager may be declared void and the original stake returned (without winnings) under the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result; the market was offered in error with clearly incorrect odds; the event is not completed within the timeframe specified in the applicable rules; or bepch determines at its discretion that irregular betting activity has taken place in relation to the event.
Any dispute regarding the settlement of a wager must be submitted to bepch customer support within 72 hours of the relevant settlement. Disputes submitted outside of this window will not be considered. bepch's internal review decision, following investigation, is final and binding.

This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Platform content; create derivative works based on Platform content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software; or use bepch's trademarks, logos, or brand assets without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bepch, its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits or anticipated savings; loss of data or goodwill; service interruptions; errors in odds display or market settlement; or any third-party conduct.
bepch's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your bepch account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bepch collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to bepch's collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
bepch may be required to disclose user data to relevant regulatory authorities, financial intelligence units, or law enforcement agencies pursuant to applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and international gaming compliance obligations. Such disclosures will be made without prior notice to the affected user where legally required.
bepch reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bepch will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email or a prominently displayed notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
bepch reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification; or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation. Upon termination, any pending withdrawals of legitimately won funds will be processed in the normal course, subject to completed KYC and AML compliance checks.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming regulatory framework under which bepch holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through bepch's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant regulatory authority.
Nothing in this clause limits bepch's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property or prevent ongoing harm.
